Pastor Barthelemy M'mboboci
Board Chair
Pastor Barthelemy serves as the Chair of the Board of Tumaini kwa Wote Foundation. Based in Canada, he brings spiritual insight, leadership experience, and pastoral wisdom to the governance of the organization. With a long-standing commitment to community service and faith-based development, he provides oversight and support to ensure that the mission and values of the Foundation are upheld in all its initiatives.

Michael Lumwanga
Assistant Director
Michael plays a key role as Assistant Director in supporting the vision and daily functions of Tumaini kwa Wote Foundation. With a heart for service and a growing leadership presence, he assists in strategic planning, coordination of programs, and organizational development. His contribution strengthens the team’s ability to serve vulnerable communities with compassion and efficiency.

Ezra Onesphoro
Finance Director
Ezra oversees the financial structure of Tumaini kwa Wote Foundation. While the organization is still in its early stages and has not yet begun receiving external funding, Ezra is focused on establishing transparent and responsible financial systems. His role includes developing internal controls and preparing the organization for future financial growth and sustainability.

Wilondja Lubunga
Community Outreach Director

Country Representative
