Who we Are

Tumaini kwa Wote is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established to bring practical help and lasting hope to those often forgotten in society — including widows, orphans, and individuals who are unable to support themselves. Based in Kigoma, Tanzania, our work is deeply rooted in community engagement, respect for human dignity, and a commitment to creating sustainable impact.

We believe that every human being deserves the chance to live with dignity, access support, and find their place in a caring community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to uplift and transform the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing practical assistance, promoting self-reliance, and strengthening community care systems. Through compassionate services, capacity-building programs, and continuous outreach, we aim to foster environments where no one is left behind.

Our Vision

A society where widows, orphans, and the vulnerable are fully supported, empowered, and able to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.

Our Core Values

We are guided by values that shape our actions and relationships:

  • Compassion – We serve with empathy, kindness, and care.
  • Integrity – We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability.
  • Dignity – We respect the worth and voice of every individual.
  • Service – We lead through humble service and action.
  • Sustainability – We invest in long-term solutions, not just short-term relief.
  • Collaboration – We believe in the power of working together with communities and partners.

Our Story

Tumaini kwa Wote is a growing grassroots initiative currently in its foundational stage. While our structures and networks are still taking shape, our commitment to serving orphans, widows, and vulnerable communities remains firm.

With each small, intentional step, we are laying the groundwork for meaningful and lasting impact — guided by faith, compassion, and a deep desire to reflect Christ’s love through action.
